Join us for a special Baby Café community gathering featuring a free birthing class with Yolanda Fredericks, Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Family Supporter.
Whether you are expecting your first baby or preparing for another birth, this welcoming class is designed to help you better understand the birth process, explore your options, and feel more prepared for the journey ahead.
Together, we’ll talk about the basics of labor and birth, what to expect, comfort and coping strategies, and ways to approach birth with greater confidence and preparation. This is also an opportunity to connect with other expecting and growing families in a warm, supportive community environment.
This class is free and open to the community.
