How the Course Works
12 classes most online with 2 or 3 in person.
Online Classes | 6:30–8:30 PM
Most sessions are held online from 6:30–8:30 PM, making it easier for expecting parents and their partners to participate from home.
Plus In-Person Skill Sessions
A few sessions are held in person in lieu of the online session, giving you the opportunity to move beyond simply learning about comfort measures and practice them hands-on. These sessions allow you to work with your birth partner, practice labor positions, explore comfort techniques, and build confidence using the skills you can draw on during birth.
